Deodat ‘David” Ganpat, of Mt. Vernon, NY, entered into rest June 4, 2019, he was 66, born June 16, 1952, in Guyana, South America to Ganpat Mohabir and Ahylia Ramlogan. Deodat worked as an Elctronics Technician for Reliable Electronics. He was the husband of Prabhautie Beharry. Deodat is survived by his wife, Prabhautie at home; his daughter, Samantha; siblings, Ken, Devika, Mala, Shanta, Jean and Parmanand; brother in law, Baljeet and family friend, Mel. Visitation will be held Thursday June 6, 2019, from 4-8 PM, at the Pelham Funeral Home 64 Lincoln Ave Pelham, NY 10803, A Cremation will take place Friday June 7,2019 at ferncliff Crematory.
