Paving scheduled for portions of Willow Avenue, Third Avenue and Franklin Place starting Thursday

Please be advised that the Village of Pelham has retained a roadway restoration contractor, namely PCI Industries Corp., through a “Shared Services” contract with the City of New Rochelle to perform street paving services along portions of Willow Avenue, Third Avenue and Franklin Place.
Milling will continue through Thursday, July 25th, roadway preparation and concrete work will be done on Friday July 26th and Monday July 29th. Paving will occur Tuesday, July 30ththrough August 1st.
Portions of Willow Avenue, Third Avenue and Franklin Place will be intermittently shut down to vehicular traffic in both directions during the course of the street paving services in an effort to minimize impacts. Please follow “no parking” signs as posted during construction.
The contractor has been advised to keep the work area safe and clean during this work period.
