Report on summer site prep for new Hutchinson School on agenda for Tuesday school board meeting
Earlier in the summer, a truck drove past the former lower playground to where site preparation crews were breaking up rocks on the property of Hutchinson School.

The Board of Education will meet at 8:15 pm on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 in PMHS Alumni Hall on the ground floor of Pelham Memorial High School, 18 Franklin Place, Pelham, NY 10803. Prior to the public meeting, the Board is expected to meet in executive session at 7 pm in the Superintendent’s Conference Room in the Central Office, 18 Franklin Place, Pelham, NY 10803.
At the meeting, the Board is expected to receive a report on construction and facilities work, including site preparation at Hutchinson School, turf installation and tennis court replacement at the Glover Complex and summer projects in the school buildings.
In addition to Dr. Champ’s Superintendent’s report, the agenda may include updates from each School Board committee, three goal areas of the Strategic Plan: Cultural Competence, Authentic Learning, the Whole Child, and Finances and Facilities.
The meeting will air on local cable access channel 77 on Cablevision and 42 on Fios.
