London is a spectacular place to visit with your family, offering history, royalty, high tea and fantasy.

A tour with City Wonders is a perfect way to learn about the history and landscape of the city. The tour begins at the Tower of London, where one can see the crown jewels and armor worn by many English noblemen. The tour then proceeds to the Changing of the Guard ceremonies in front of majestic Buckingham palace and on Whitehall. Last, the tour continues through beautiful St James’s Park.

London also offers an amazing opportunity to learn about  World War II history and the life of Winston Churchill. Climb down a flight of stairs to immerse yourself in the World War II prime minister’s life in the Churchill War Rooms. There are many fun family-friendly things to do in the city. Magical Tours of London offers a Harry Potter tour, which takes visitors to the places used in the movies for Diagon Alley, Knockturn Alley and the Ministry of Magic as well as the very real King’s Cross railway station, where one can take a picture at platform 9 3/4. Go to Hamley’s toy store and see six fun levels of toys and live demonstrations. Have delicious tea, tasty scones, sandwiches and desserts. Try fish and chips at one of London’s oldest restaurants.
