Seniors Giuliana Bertolotti and Cameron Ubaldi, junior Anthony Motta-Flippen and freshman Casey Fradkin were named PMHS Athletes of the Week. Bertolotti provided important leadership during the pre-season and was a key factor in the girls’ soccer team’s season opening win, scoring the first goal in a 4-0 win over Beacon. Fradkin, a cheerleader, battled through an injury, showing her dedication and support to the team. Ubaldi and Motta-Flippen were instrumental in the football team’s 14-7 overtime victory over Harrison on Sept. 6. Ubaldi recorded 6.5 tackles, including 4 solo and 5 assisted while scooping up 3 fumble recoveries. Motta-Flippen had 9 tackles, 4 solo and 8 assisted, 1.5 sacks, 2 tackles for a loss and 1 forced fumble.
