Leonard Bernstein’s daughter to speak at TMC Tuesday about her book ‘Famous Father Girl’

Jamie Bernstein, the daughter of world famous composer Leonard Bernstein who would be 100 years old this year, will speak at The Manor Club in Pelham on Tuesday, April 23, starts at 1:30 PM. The community is invited to attend.

She will discuss her book “Famous Father Girl: A memoir of Growing Up Bernstein.” Copies of her book will be available for sale and signing.

In her book, Ms. Bernstein describes her father’s life and career and tells what it was like to be the daughter of a brilliant and complicated man. She talks about the “highs and lows” of their very close relationship with honesty and affection.
