The Pelham Memorial High School varsity and JV rugby 7s teams both won their New York State 7s championship series. Varsity had a tough time with long-time rival all-star team Play Rugby Academy. The Pelicans won two of four tournaments, finishing second and third in the other two.

The JV squad won three tournaments, dropping only two games in the entire series.

Pelham won the series with consistency despite suffering the loss of several key players.
