On November 25, Coach Finegan of the Girls Varsity Volleyball team received the Margot Irish Award for his dedication and service to Section 1 Volleyball.  The award is given to a coach or referee in Section 1 who has exemplified extreme dedication to the sport. 

Coach Finegan has led the Pelham Girls Volleyball team to the state semifinals twice and has posted over 400 career wins in Section 1 volleyball.

This season, Coach Finegan led the team to the league title after posting a 5-1 league record and an 11-5 overall record.
