Editor’s note: This press release was provided by the Pelham (Union Free) School District.

As part of our shared commitment to improving pedestrian safety for our students in and around Pelham, we ask that you review the following note from the Village of Pelham Pedestrian Safety and Traffic Calming Committee and complete the short survey (link below).

***

Thank you to those who responded to the PTA Council’s earlier request for feedback on dangerous intersections. The Village of Pelham’s Pedestrian Safety and Traffic Calming Committee (VOP PSTCC) would now like to do part 2, which broadens out the view and looks at your family’s commute to school as a whole.

On behalf of the VOP PSTCC, and in collaboration with the PTA Council Pedestrian Safety Committee, Pelham Union Free School District and the Village of Pelham Manor, we would appreciate if you would take a few minutes to answer this brief survey  on your family’s commuting patterns.

Please encourage your friends and neighbors in Pelham to complete the survey as well. The more data that we are able to collect, the more informed our actions can be for the villages and schools.
