Pelham Manor was pleased to welcome Harrison resident John Luiso to the Pelham Manor Police Department Monday. A large crowd, including Officer Luiso’s family and friends, was in attendance.  Officer Luiso’s biography, prepared by Chief Carpenter, is attached, along with pictures.
