Some parks are open around Pelham for people to get outdoor time, while others, along with certain nature centers, have taken steps to bring their activities to homes.

According to the Westchester Parks Department website, here is a sample what’s open, closed and moved online in and around Pelham:

What’s open:

• Pelham Bay Park in the Bronx

What’s closed:

• Glen Island Park (It’s a Covid-19 drive-through testing area)
• Ballfields
• Julianne’s Playground
• In-person visits at the Westchester Parks Permit Office at 450 Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley

What’s online:
