Con Edison has obtained permits to repair and install electrical conduit underground at First Avenue between Lincoln Avenue and Third Street.  The work is a necessary upgrade and will support area developments including the new Hutchinson School and Lincoln Avenue Bridge Project.  To facilitate this work, First Avenue between Lincoln Avenue and Third Street will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic.  It is estimated that the work will take approximately two weeks to complete.
