Editor’s note: This press release was provided by Yonkers Philharmonic.

Join the Yonkers Philharmonic from the security and comfort of your own home for an on-line celebration of the winners of the 2020 Yonkers Philharmonic Concerto Competition on May 31, 2020 at 3:00 pm.  When you can’t come to the music, we’re bringing the music to you!

Tong Chen, YPO Music Director, and Robert Sherman, WQXR radio personality, discuss the music, the students and their accomplishments.  The winners will share solo video performances so that you can get a taste of their artistry.

We look forward to getting back together as a community and celebrating in person.  In the meantime, we’re working hard to provide you with additional on-line content starting with this premier episode of YPO@Home.

Thank you for signing up to our YPO mailing list which will continue to inform you of our  complete schedule of YPO@Home shows.  Also, please forward or share this with anyone else you might think would enjoy seeing these events.
