Nonprofit Westchester offers June 4 expert panel on anxiety, depression, trauma caused by pandemic

As a result of the deadly pandemic, America is facing a growing mental health crisis. Isolation and financial upheaval could further harm the economy as many people face fear and uncertainty that is unprecedented in many ways.

Data from the previous financial crisis alone clearly demonstrates that supporting mental health and wellness should be included as a component of every re-opening plan.

Experts will offer practical strategies to help address the significant rise in anxiety, depression, trauma and substance misuse resulting from or made worse by the COVID-19 pandemic.
