The Pelham Board of Education will meet via video conference at 6pm on Thursday, July 2, 2020 and is expected to immediately enter into executive session to discuss the employment history of a particular person(s). The Board will then reconvene in public session at 7pm to hold its annual reorganization meeting. The public meeting can be viewed on YouTube live.

At the meeting, the Board will swear-in recently re-elected trustees Sue Bratone Childs and Jessica DeDomenico as well as elect its president and vice president.

In addition to Dr. Champ’s Superintendent’s report, the agenda may include updates from each School Board committee, Finances and Facilities, and the three goal areas of the Strategic Plan: Cultural Competence, Authentic Learning, and the Whole Child.

To access the agenda once it has been posted, visit www.pelhamschools.org and click “Meetings and Coffees” under the “Board of Education” tab. Then click the button for “Agendas and Minutes” and click the link for the “Tuesday, July 2, 2020” meeting.

Please note that due to public health and safety concerns, the public will not be permitted to attend this meeting in person or at the remote locations where the Board of Education members will be situated.

This video conference meeting is being held in accordance with the notices and health advisories issued by Federal, State and Local officials and pursuant to Executive Order 202.1 of the Governor of the State of New York, dated March 12, 2020.
