Pelham man sentenced to 10 years sex offender probation for possession of graphic images
Pelham resident Danny Manich was sentenced to 10 years of sex offender probation by Westchester County Judge Anne Minihan after being found to be in possession of graphic images of a young child on May 3, 2019, according to a statement Tuesday by Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino Jr.
In March, Manich pleaded guilty to charges related to images of child sexual exploitation, the statement said. His sex offender registration hearing is scheduled for Nov. 17.
Manich was arrested after he had communications in April 2019 with an undercover investigator from the district attorney’s office. These were the basis for a search warrant for Manich’s digital devices, where the images were found, according to Scarpino’s statement.
Manich was arrested by the DA’s criminal investigators on May 3, 2019, and arraigned later that day. Pelham police assisted.
