Louise (“Lou”) De Vel Muller of Pelham, a longtime advocate of children in Pelham and Westchester County, will be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Westchester Children’s Association on Tuesday at the organization’s virtual fundraiser.

Over the years, Muller has served as president of the Pelham Board of Education, president of the Southern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) and president of the Westchester Children’s Association.
