Foto Feature: Families march in Scout-organized Halloween parade
Families had the opportunity to show off their Halloween costumes and walk among jack-o’-lanterns at the Pelham Pumpkin Parade. Costumes ranged from homemade spiders to fish tanks. A DJ played all the spooky hits. The event was hosted Friday by the Girl and Boy Scouts of Pelham, with the collaboration of EcoPel, the Picture House and the Climate Smart Communities Task Force.
