New Covid-19 cases jump to 12 in Pelham Manor, sending active infections up to 69

New cases of Covid-19 in Pelham Manor jumped to 12 on Sunday, sending active infections to 69, according to data on Westchester County’s tracking dashboard. The Village of Pelham had zero new cases and a total of 59 active for the day. The following table contains the data for the two villages culled from the dashboard.

The Village of Pelham Manor issued a statement dated Saturday and received by the Pelham Examiner Monday calling on residents to follow Covid-19 protocols. “While we cherish the holiday season, Covid-19 numbers are on the rise,” said the statement. “Pelham Manor currently has 61 active, confirmed cases of Covid-19, according to the Westchester County portal. It is imperative that we continue to wear face coverings and remain six feet from others in public to help stop the spread of the disease. Please also continue to follow the health and safety protocols put in place by the New York State Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.”
