PMHS shift to virtual due to positive cases, staff quarantines
Pelham Memorial High School students will attend classes virtually on Friday after four individuals in the building on Monday tested positive for Covid-19, according to an email from Principal Mark Berkowitz and Asst. Principal Bethany Antonelli.
“Unfortunately, due the number of staff who are quarantined due to their exposure at school, PMHS will shift to fully remote instruction tomorrow, Friday, February 12,” Berkowitz said in the email.
The hybrid bell schedule will continue to be used. All families whose children must quarantine have been notified.
“We appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation during these challenging times,” Berkowitz said. “As always, our thoughts are with everyone affected by COVID-19.”
