Another small business has opened in Pelham during the coronavirus pandemic, and this time in the form of a mini-grocery store. Pelham Quick Stop is a new convenience store located on Lincoln Avenue west of Fifth Avenue.

The store features a wide variety of goods, aiming to carry anything a customer might need. It provides a literal “quick stop” to get some cleaning supplies, some snacks and more.

Quick Stop’s owner, Gohn Sedek, emphasized the variety. “We have drinks, snacks, home needs, coffee, ice cream and whatever else customers are looking for,” he said.

Sedek said that Covid has made business more difficult, as traffic through the store has slowed. Exposure to the Pelham community is just what the store needs, he said. Pelham Quick Stop’s range of goods makes it a notable addition to the downtown.
