Dr. Carolyn Frost speaks on creating connections in isolating, anxious times during April 12 Manor Club Zoom

“Creating Connection during Times of Isolation, Loneliness and Anxiety” will be the topic of The Manor Club  evening program on Zoom  at 7:30pm on Monday, April 12.  Dr. Carolyn Frost will review breathing techniques, meditation and much more in her presentation which will be open to the public.

A resident of Pelham, Dr. Frost specializes in promoting health, positivity, self-care and awareness as the path toward living and truly loving your life.  She owns Balance Yoga & Wellness in Larchmont where her clients appreciate her presence, practical strategies and well-researched talks on topics that truly matter to them. Her approach is that of a close friend who just happens to be super-knowledgeable about helping you understand yourself.

Dr. Frost earned her B.A. in sociology from Iona College, an M.A. in psychology  from Teachers’ College at Columbia and her doctoral degree from Columbia University. She did this all over many years while also raising four children and starting a small business which she co-owns with her husband Dave, their children and a sweet pup named Coco.

Her mother-in-law, Dr. Anne Frost, is well- known in the Pelham community and is a Manor Club member.
