Pelham’s Lippolis Electric, which has been run by one family for all of its 35 years, has been named to the Business Council of Westchester’s 2021 Hall of Fame. The company in late April received the award in the family-owned business category.

We truly are proud to be a family-owned and operated business,” said Michelle Parinello, director of marketing. “Not only do we have three generations of family members within the company, we have dedicated employees who have been with us for so long that they have become family. We have some customers from when we first started that over the years feel like family.”

The company started when two brothers-in-law, who had been friends for 15 years, decided to combine their talents and start a business that would turn out to be the success it is today.

The company is able to provide experts for service in the five boroughs of New York City, as well as New Jersey and Connecticut, but with a focus in Westchester, Dutchess and Putnam counties, said Parinello. The company is committed to safe, quality work.

“We are so proud and honored for the recognition,” said Parinello. “Working with family has its ups and downs, but winning this award proves it is all worth it.”
