Monday gazebo concert series provides Pelham tradition of great entertainment
Every Monday night from June 21 to Aug. 30, the Town of Pelham features live music outside at the Gazebo on Fifth Avenue.
Last week, attendees were treated to a performance by the Gene DiNapoli Variety Show. DiNapoli, along with guest singers, performed classic crooners, as well as doo-wop and rock and roll hits from the 1950s and 1960s.
A crowd of a few hundred people gathered to listen and dance along to DiNapoli’s tunes. The concerts, provided by the Pelham Recreation Department, create a great outdoor activity for Pelhamites to come together and enjoy the summer.
