October 2021 – New Rochelle, NY –   The newest addition to New Rochelle’s flourishing Arts District, NewRo Parc will make its public debut with a limited sneak peek during the New Rochelle Council on the Arts (newrochellarts.org) highly-popular ArtsFest and will host the weekend’s Music Festival on Saturday, October 16 and Sunday, October 17 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm each day.

Centrally located on Main Street near North Avenue (455 Main Street) in downtown New Rochelle, when open to the public in late October, NewRo Parc will be a welcoming outdoor venue featuring food and beer trucks, live music, outdoor movies, sporting events, fitness programs, and more. New Ro Parc is the result of a creative partnership between L+M Development Partners, Wilder Balter Partners, Paige Concepts hospitality group, and culture and community consultants Amy Cole and Clayton Bushong and will be managed by Paige Concepts.

After having to cancel last year due to the pandemic, ArtsFest 2021 is back and better than ever and will bring the New Rochelle and Pelham communities alive with gallery shows, live music, films, dance performances, and much more. On Saturday, October 16 and Sunday, October 17 NewRo Parc will start each day with a free yoga class led by Westchester Yoga Arts instructors from 11:00 am to noon. The ArtsFest Music Festival featuring regional musicians will take place immediately following from noon to 4:00pm with food and beer trucks on-hand throughout the weekend. Additionally on Sunday, October 17th ArtsWestchester’s ArtsMobile will be on-site from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm for a family friendly visual arts workshop with teaching artist Miguel Cossio.
