Crab Du Jour welcomed to Pelham Manor during grand opening ceremonies
Editor’s note: This press release was provided by the Village of Pelham Manor.
Mayor Jennifer Lapey, Trustee Breda Bennett and Trustee Maurice Owen-Michaane were honored to attend the grand opening and ribbon cutting for Crab Du Jour in Pelham Manor.
Pelham Chamber of Commerce President Cristina Chianese and Assemblywoman Amy Paulin joined the festivities with General Manager Steve Chen and Beau Wang from Crab Du Jour’s corporate office. At the ceremony, Crab Du Jour made a generous donation to local nonprofit food rescue organization County Harvest, which board member Kristin Bischof accepted on the organization’s behalf. We wish Crab Du Jour much success and appreciate their commitment to the local workforce and our community.
Mayor Lapey also attended the Westchester Municipal Officials Association’s December membership meeting, hosted by the Town/Village of Harrison. She is pictured (above) with Harrison Supervisor/Mayor Ron Belmont who is retiring after decades in public service.

This story is missing the location…although it’s important to note who attended the opening celebration, the focus should have been more on the new business.

It would be helpful to include this new business’s address.
