Hearts & Homes for Refugees is an experienced refugee resettlement community organization that started in Pelham in 2016!  Hearts & Homes has been leading the welcoming movement ever since in its mission “to inspire, educate and equip others.”  Hearts & Homes coordinates, trains and assists volunteer groups to welcome and help refugees build new lives by providing up to 12 months of time and resources.

The Community Sponsorship model of resettlement offers our new neighbors a soft landing and better chances for successful integration and independence.

Hearts & Homes partners with four Department of State-designated Refugee Resettlement Agencies: HIAS, Catholic Charities; International Rescue Committee; and Church World Services.
