On Friday June 14, 2022, the Pelham Children’s Center in cooperation with the Town of Pelham held a Ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of their new playground. The state-of-the-art playground was designed for use by children between the ages of 18 months and 5 years. The design reminds one of a rustic setting with a variety of age-appropriate activities for the children to explore. The Ribbon cutting was attended by the children, parents, and Board of the Pelham Children’s Center along with Dan McLaughlin, Pelham Town Supervisor and representatives from the Pelham Town Board and community.

The cost for the playground was underwritten by an anonymous donor through the Pelham Children’s Center. The Playground is open to the public weekdays after 6:00 PM and on weekends.
