Attempted home break-in on Ancon Avenue Thursday night
There was a suspected home break-in between 5 and 9 p.m. at 120 Ancon Avenue on Thursday evening, with a glass window broken. The homeowners were not in the house when the glass was broken, and called the police after returning.
According to the Michael Sheehy, lieutenant of the Village of Pelham Police Department, it appeared that there was an attempted entry. However, it remains undetermined whether or not there was a successful entrance into the house at this time. Nothing was taken from the home.
