Residents sought for six Pelham school district committees; Oct. 2 is deadline to apply

Editor’s note: This statement was provided by the Pelham Union Free School District. The Pelham Examiner publishes statements in the form received as a service to the community.

The Board of Education is seeking interested candidates to fill vacancies on several committees for the 2022-23 school year.

Seats for community members exist on the Advocacy and Community Engagement, Audit, Cultural Competence/Diversity, Authentic Learning/Curriculum, Facilities, Safety and Wellness committees.

Please read more about each committee here.

Volunteering to serve on Pelham Public Schools committees is a great way to become involved with the school community and participate in the important work that will take place in our District this year.

If you are interested in serving, please complete this Google Form by Sunday, October 2, 2022.

Volunteers who served during the last school year and who would like to continue must submit a new application for this school year.

The Board will review all applications and select the top candidates to fill the open vacancies.
