Cynthia Chappell McClelland, October 23, 1934, New Rochelle, NY –  July 20, 2022, Charlotte, NC.  Grew up in Pelham, NY, settled in Bethesda, MD & retired to Charlotte, NC.  She Retired from the US OPM.  Cynthia was preceded in death by parents Eleanor L. & Edwin R. (Bob) Chappell, and ex-husband Warner McClelland. She is survived  and dearly missed by children David (Roxanna) Charlotte, NC & Bonnie (Wade) Germantown, MD, grandchildren Chris, Ava and Sophia, and great-grandson Wes. She always had and shared warm memories of her childhood in Pelham, including neighborhood friends and Huguenot Memorial Church, and of going into the city for Broadway midweek matinees with her mother.
