Gibbons, Rogoff named to board of Picture House Regional Film Center

January 2023 – Bronxville and Pelham, NYThe Picture House Regional Film Center (www.thepicturehouse.org) announced today the addition of two new board members, whose leadership will help guide the organization during its second century as a vital arts and community hub in Westchester.

Bridget Gibbons

Bridget Gibbons is the Director of Economic Development for Westchester County. The Office of Economic Development offers a wide variety of resources and incentives to help attract and retain businesses and talent in Westchester. During her tenure as Director of Economic Development, Ms. Gibbons has established a robust economic development strategy focused on life sciences, advanced manufacturing, clean energy, tech, and entrepreneurship. As part of this work, she helped award nearly $30 million in grants to nonprofits and minority and women-owned businesses. Ms. Gibbons is also the Executive Director of the County of Westchester Industrial Development Agency, where she has overseen projects representing billions of dollars in private sector investment, which have created and/or retained thousands of new permanent or construction jobs. Additionally, Ms. Gibbons is Chair of the Board of the Hudson Valley Regional Center and is also on the Board of Directors for the New York State Economic Development Council. Prior to working for Westchester Country, Ms. Gibbons was the founder and CEO of the digital marketing agency Gibbons Digital Consultants. Ms. Gibbons is a longtime resident of Bronxville.

Jeffrey Rogoff

Jeffrey K. Rogoff is a Principal with Bernstein Private Wealth Management, where he brings over 25 years of success delivering financial solutions to his clients. Mr. Rogoff leads a team that provides council to business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives, as well as individuals and families. Prior to joining the financial services industry, Mr. Rogoff worked at The White House, serving as a Special Assistant to the Vice President under the George H.W. Bush administration. He sits on the board of Cornell University HEAA and Exit Planning Exchange NY. He is also a Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador. Mr. Rogoff lives in Larchmont, where he was a volunteer firefighter and lieutenant and treasurer for the Mamaroneck Fire Department.

In addition to welcoming new members of the board, other changes have been made to TPH’s board leadership. Joe Marty will take on the role of Co-Vice-Chair, and Barbara Bratone will assume the role of Secretary.

The Picture House is looking forward to the expertise and perspectives these new board members will bring to the organization as well as the leadership that the shift in board roles brings.
