Stormwater mitigation efforts continue to be underway! Residents are advised to proceed with caution through the area of Pelhamdale Avenue near Reed Avenue and Manor Lane as our construction crews are mobilized in the area. We have been making steady progress through the design phase Village-wide for the proposed projects that were outlined in our Village-Wide Drainage Infrastructure Assessment.
The crews are implementing an additional storm drain that will provide a foundation for future success within Watershed 1. We are still working on other measures within Watershed 1 and have received assurance from our contractual engineers that this project will not adversely affect the downstream area of the watershed. We have projects in the queue for each watershed and will continue to communicate progress as it is realized.
