Friends of the Pelham Public Library are hosting their first-ever Booktemberfest, an adults-only one-night-only biergarten party on the library lawn. Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 28th from 5-8 pm, and get ready for an evening of German food and drink, live music and community spirit. Plus, get a chance to win a great raffle prize—two tickets to a 2025 Novel Night Dinner of your choice!
Pelhamites are invited to enjoy a wide selection of beers and ciders, groove to local jazz quartet, The Mellow Fellows, and scoop up loads of book recommendations to add to your fall reading lists. Plus, you’ll get the details on the Library’s plans to update its facilities. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enjoy a festive evening while supporting the Library’s vital role in our community.
“I’m excited that this new event brings people directly to the Library, allowing library regulars and library newbies alike to enjoy the space and have an easy night out,” says Elizabeth Bewley, co-president of Friends of the Pelham Public Library.
