The Pelham Board of Education will meet on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 (regular business meeting) and Wednesday, August 28, 2024 (annual buildings/facilities tour). Details about each meeting are as follows:
August 21 Regular Business Meeting
The Board of Education will meet at 6:30pm on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 in Room 280 in Pelham Middle School, 28 Franklin Place, Pelham, NY 10803. It is anticipated that the Board will immediately consider a motion to enter executive session to discuss matters leading to the appointment of a particular person(s) to the position of Hutchinson School Principal. The Board is expected to reconvene in public in the Pelham Middle School Library at approximately 7:30pm for a regular business meeting. The meeting can be viewed on YouTube live.
Members of the public may attend the meeting in-person.
At the meeting, the Board will consider motions to adopt the Code of Conduct and District Safety Plan for the 2024-25 school year. The Board will also consider motions to adopt the BOE/Superintendent’s goals for the school year, assign BOE Trustees to committees and adopt communications protocols.

August 28 Buildings & Facilities Tour
The Board will meet for its annual tour of District buildings and facilities on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. The tour will begin outside the main entrance to Prospect Hill Elementary School, 1000 Washington Avenue, Pelham, NY 10803. The Board is expected to visit all schools as well as the Glover Athletic Complex and Julianne’s Playground.
