I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to you and your team for your persistent efforts in addressing the flooding issues that have affected our neighborhoods. Your dedication to investigating this matter is truly commendable. However, I must convey my concern regarding the lack of visible improvements or progress from the village in mitigating the flooding that occurs during heavy rain and thunderstorms. I recognize that this is a complex issue, but the responses from village officials have been somewhat unclear, and there appears to be no indication of forthcoming solutions.

I understand the challenges regarding the flooding situation, and it is no easy feat. However, I feel compelled to express that my community is increasingly uneasy and frustrated by the lack of resolution. If possible, I kindly request that you investigate the current status of our area and provide an updated report on any forthcoming projects aimed at addressing this issue. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
