Village of Pelham Manor (Village) Officials remain committed to addressing noise disturbances emanating from neighboring jurisdictions. The Pelham Manor Police Department (PMPD) received reports of loud music coming from the Bronx area in the early morning hours today, and promptly connected with the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in the 47th precinct. The NYPD sent their teams to the scene to address the location that was creating the noise. Today, PMPD officials continue to follow-up with NYPD representatives on this matter.
Noise disturbances affect us all. Senator Nathalia Fernandez has been a collaborative partner in combatting these occurrences. Her partnership on this matter is beneficial as her district encompasses the various municipal entities that are involved. Contact information for Senator Nathalia Fernandez can be found on her website.
As part of our ongoing efforts, the Village continues to provide the e-mail address [email protected] to log reports. This helps us gather information regarding the date, time, scope and severity of the occurrence and notify representatives at local, county and state levels of these reports. In addition to utilizing this email address, residents should reach out to the PMPD by phone at 914-738-1000. Reporting directly to PMPD facilitates the collaboration between our teams and neighboring jurisdictions.
