Manor clerk’s second ‘education’ memo on Prop 3: ‘Legal fees are a customary expense of any operating municipality’

As the November 5, 2024 Election grows nearer, additional public education on Proposition No. 3 is timely. The Village Clerk has provided a second public education memo on the 2024 Village of Pelham Manor Referendum (PDF).
