Pelham Town Council to hold public hearing Nov. 4 on overriding state tax cap in 2025 budget

TOWN OF PELHAM LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSAL OF LOCAL LAW #1 OF 2024:

A local law to override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Pelham will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall (34 Fifth Ave.) and at this hearing any person may be heard in favor or against the proposed local law as compiled; or, against any items contained therein.
