The Village of Pelham Manor was delighted to welcome Sylvia Rowe to the Zoning Board of Appeals at last night’s Board meeting. A longtime resident, Ms. Rowe is an accomplished attorney and global health expert. She spent nearly 20 years working to improve access to medicine in underserved communities across the globe. Ms. Rowe is now part of an in-house team at a major NYC law firm. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and school-aged children and is an active local volunteer at organizations including Huguenot Memorial Church.
