The Board of Education will conduct a work session on the upcoming Capital Improvement Bond at 7pm on Monday, March 3, 2025 in the Pelham Middle School Library, 28 Franklin Place, Pelham, NY 10803. Members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting, which can also be viewed on YouTube live.
At the work session, the Board will further consider which projects to include in the bond with a goal of determining a draft scope of work. Projects currently under consideration include:
- Infrastructure repairs/upgrades
- Building expansions at Siwanoy and PMHS
- Installation of Air Conditioning
- Geothermal heating/cooling upgrades
