As the Board of Education seeks to finalize the scope of projects to include in the upcoming Capital Improvement Bond, community members are invited to attend a World Cafe at 7pm on Tuesday, March 11 in PMHS Cafeteria C.
The event will include a brief presentation on the draft scope of work followed by a guided discussion and opportunity to lend your voice and feedback to this important decision. The draft scope of work includes:
- District wide infrastructure improvements
- Expansion of Siwanoy School (Revised Option B)
- Expansion of Pelham Memorial High School
- Central Air Conditioning at Colonial, Prospect Hill and Siwanoy
- Geothermal heating/cooling at Siwanoy and Prospect Hill
Additional information about each of these projects, including costs and tax implications was shared via ParentSquare.
The feedback gleaned from this event will be considered by the Board of Education as it seeks to finalize the projects included in the upcoming Bond.
