At the Board of Trustees meeting earlier this week, the Village of Pelham Manor announced that Kieran Colleran has been promoted to Detective Sergeant. Detective Sergeant Colleran has worked for the Pelham Manor Police Department (PMPD) since 2014, and has established himself as a dedicated, responsible, and competent members of the department. Mayor Jennifer Lapey was proud to swear him in to his new role with the PMPD. We look forward to his continued success in the department.
