The Village of Pelham Manor has advocated our concerns regarding this proposed rate increase directly with our state elected officials. Additionally, we have joined together with 38 municipalities across Westchester County to participate in a municipal consortium to jointly oppose this rate case. The consortium has retained special utility counsel who has already filed for Pelham Manor and the other participating communities to be Party to Con Edison’s electric and gas rate case and represent our interested before the PSC.
