Join Us for a Wildlife Habitat and Micro-Forest Planting!
The Environmental Coalition of the Pelhams is teaming up with Mario Bulfamante & Sons and NYSDOT Adopt-A-Highway to plant native wildlife habitat and a micro-forest at Exit 5 of the Hutchinson River Parkway!
Thanks to affordable native seedlings from the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Saratoga Tree Nursery, we’re restoring green space and boosting biodiversity right here in Pelham.
EcoPel’s Plant Pelham Native and the Pelham Vine Squad public land stewardship initiatives are greening up our town—one healthy ecosystem at a time.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Let’s work together to conserve and protect our Hutchinson River and the Long Island Sound watershed—with the power of native plants!
Why It Matters:
NYSDEC’s low-cost native trees and shrubs are part of large-scale conservation efforts across New York State including its 25 Million Trees by 2033 campaign —and Pelham is going big with native plantings across town to contribute to the effort.
