Please join the Village of Pelham Council on the Arts on Sunday, June 15th at 2pm, in Wolfs Lane Park for our 5th Annual Juneteenth Celebration! This year’s theme is Unity in Shared History and will feature multiple live performances, food vendors, speakers, and DJ. The event is FREE and all are welcome.
Performances will include the African Healing Circle, Pelham Library Story Time for Tots (read aloud, music, and dance), Westchester Capoeira, Ice Cold Drummers, Mansa Gory and Company jazz, dance, poetry, and singing performances from the students at the Denzel Washington School of the Arts, and interactive art with the Pelham Art Center Teen Council.
This event is a beautiful celebration of art, history, and community and a wonderful opportunity to enjoy old and new friends in our beautiful park. We hope to see you there!
