Pelham Civic Raffle Chairman Bryan Diffley and Dinner Dance Chair Michael Recca have announced the official winners of the Raffle Prizes at the 80th Annual Pelham Civic Dance Gala Fundraiser on November 8th,  honoring Dr. Anne Frost and The Honorable Peter DiPaola.

(All proceeds from the raffle go to fuel the programs, projects and events of the Pelham Civic Association, assisting the youth, the elderly, the financially needy and the mentally and physically challenged.)
