There was at least one lightening strike in Pelham that “clipped a tree” next to a house on Clifford Avenue, according to a Pelham police officer on the scene. The Pelham Fire Department also responded.

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
