The Manor Club hosted a New York Blood Center blood drive on Tuesday (July 28) for 70 people.

Portable air conditioners and fans were brought in because of the heat wave temperatures, and the blood drive was able to go ahead as scheduled.

Donors included local residents as well as people who regularly donate blood through the New York Blood Center.
