We try to keep our releases from repeating material given in prior statements & meetings, and we aim to keep things as concise as possible, as we know people are always reading on the go. For reference, the 4 pillars mentioned in the statement were previously mentioned in full by Trustee Bennett at the Dec. 14th 2020 Trustee Meeting, and can be viewed/heard in the following video link if one goes to minute 11:58. For ease of reference, the 4 pillars are: 1) Transparency and Communication, 2) Human Resources and Hiring, 3) Training Policies and Procedures & 4) Community Policing and Familiarity. Clearly the draft report will be greater in length than the newsletter length we released earlier today on several topics. We are grateful to Pelham Examiner for their reporting of the issues. https://www.pelhammanor.org/home/pages/meeting-video
